Chilling in JAMK

Yesterday evening you had a very very short night ?

You enjoy the student night life?

And today you have a lesson all of the day ?

Don’t worry, we will give you some advice.

1. Change your tee-shirt

After a long night you should change your shirt and clean your face to be (or seem) fresh.

2. Tea or coffee?

Tea and coffee content caffeine. It will help you to begin this long day. Eat something too is important to boost your body and your mind.

3.Move your head

Made of small rotation of the head to stretch your articulation and wake up you.

4.Find a time to chill in JAMK during a break

In JAMK there is a "secret" places, the heaven for tired people. It is in the ground floor of the A building. You will find a very comfortable seat to watch a film or take a nap. In the same place, you can also take a cup of coffee and see the sun through windows. This room will make your day better. But, remember, it is a secret place !
